Mr. Sulaiman AlOthman is an Assistant Senior Manager in the Direct Investment Department at Kuwait Investment Company (KIC). He is a banking professional with vast experience in senior positions in trading, treasury, operations, and asset management. He serves as a Board member of ALMASAR (GroFin Oman's Islamic investment arm), Ahjar Holding Company (Kuwait), Al Arabia Financial Services Holding Company (Kuwait), and AI-Ahlea Circle Company (Kuwait). Mr. AlOthman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Gulf University for Science and Technology.

Mr. Mohammad AlHajeri is a highly dedicated professional with strengths in assets management, strategic analysis, financial markets, economics, and projects management as well as in-depth experience in private equity, venture capital, and funds. Also, a professional in a technology-related field. Mr. AlHajeri is the Chief Private Equity & Direct Investment Officer of GroFin Oman (GroFin Oman's main Investment arm), where he is responsible for planning investment focus, objectives, and action plans, as well as investments in private equity and venture capital. He is also an active board member in several companies in Kuwait and internationally.

Mr. Ahmed AlNafisi is a Manager in the Private Equity & Direct Investment Division of GroFin Oman. He currently occupies the position of Board Member in Munshaat Real Estate Projects Company KSC, Vice-Chairman of Sokouk Holding Company KSC, Board Member of KTPORTFOY (an entity regulated by CMA in Turkey), and Chairman of Saham Holding KSC – Closed. Mr. Ahmed AlNafisi holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration-International Business from the Gulf University for Science and Technology in Kuwait.

Previously, he held senior positions at prominent financial institutions in the region, focusing on asset management and cross-border transactions. Mr. Al-Sabah holds a Bachelor's of Finance from the University of Manchester.

Nader AlQassab is an investment professional with 17 years of international experience. As Head of the Bank’s Post-Acquisition department, he manages the investment portfolio and serves on various Boards of Directors. Previously, he held roles at Capital Growth Management, the National Commercial Bank, and Merrill Lynch. A recipient of the Prime Minister’s Award for Academic Excellence and the 2009 “Deal of the Year” award, he holds an MBA from the University of Strathclyde and is a qualified General Securities Representative.

Aysha Aljalahma is a knowledgeable Islamic Banking professional with 13 years’ experience in Islamic Banking regulation and supervision. Before joining the Bank as Director in the Compliance Department, Aysha was Head of Wholesale Islamic Banking Supervision at the Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB), where she was entrusted with supporting the regulation and supervision of the Islamic banking industry in Bahrain. During her employment with the CBB, she represented the organization in various events and also served as a member of the Islamic Financial Services Board’s (IFSB) Technical Committee. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Bahrain and a Master of Science in International Finance from the University of Westminster, UK.

Shaikh Al Khaldy has over 12 years of experience in Shari’ah advisory, auditing, and product structuring across diverse sectors, including aviation, logistics, real estate, and venture capital. He currently serves as a Shari’ah Board Member for the Barak-Ibdar Sharia Trade Finance Fund. Previously associated with the University of Bahrain and Gulf Finance House, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Banking and a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering. His professional credentials include certifications as a CSAA, CIPA, and Certified Anti-Money Laundering & Compliance Officer, among others.

Hussain Al Mosawi

Hussain Al Mousawi has over 15 years of experience in back-office operations. Previously, he worked in the Treasury Operations Division at Gulf International Bank (GIB), overseeing FX/MM and accounts for Bahrain, London, and New York. He holds an MBA in Islamic Finance from the University of Bolton, a BS in Banking and Finance from the University of Bahrain, and diplomas in Banking Studies and Islamic Finance. He is currently pursuing an Investment Operations Professional (IOC) certification from the CISI.

Mohammed Al Dhubaib

Mohammed is a corporate and investment banking professional with 14 years of industry experience. Before joining Ibdar, he served as a Senior Associate in the Operations Department at Capital Management House and as a Credit Administrator at CrediMax. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Marketing from the New York Institute of Technology, a diploma in the same field from the University of Bahrain, and an Advanced Diploma in Islamic Finance from the Bahrain Institute of Banking & Finance.
